Skiing the uniquely Canadian adventure that is The Canadian Ski Marathon together with the two world class Gatineau Loppet races, part of the Worldloppet series, is an incredible way of challenging yourself to the maximum over consecutive weekends. It is also a unique opportunity for visiting skiers to experience within a single trip to the Ottawa-Gatineau region these fantastic skiing events and Canada’s National Capital Winterlude Festival for discovery, and recovery.

The Canadian Triple Ski Challenge is a significant test of cross-country skiing endurance and skill. It requires commensurate training and preparation even for experienced skiers. The Triple Challenge is accomplished by completing all 160 km of the Canadian Ski Marathon, the Gatineau Loppet 53 km classic, and the Gatineau Loppet 53 km skate races, over two consecutive February weekends in one year. It makes for an incredible skiing journey of 266 kilometres on groomed tracks over beautiful terrain in well-supported events.
